Do Not Let Anyone Crush Your Dreams

After all these weeks of silence, I thought it was time to give you an update of my Dream Life Challenge.
Since the beginning of the challenge, my strategy has been to invest as much as possible into courses and books of various kinds that will help me reach my goals. I have now learned some very powerful stuff and would love to share these resources with the people who share their dream(s) with me.
If you do not have a dream, I suggest you sit down and think until you get an answer. Of course, dreams can evolve over time, but you have to start somewhere.
I guess there are two main kinds of dreams: contribution and reward dreams. In my case my dream is to work as a researcher and a writer (contribution) and to travel around the world (reward). I actually have many more dreams, but those are the main ones at the moment.
So when you have at least a fairly good idea of your dream, I would love to hear about it and share with you a list of powerful resources that can help you achieve these dreams.
My current situation is very similar to Sylvester Stallone’s before his breakthrough: he had nothing left and even had to sell his dog to survive. I don’t have a dog, but I had to “sell” my dearest thing, which was the savings for my round-the-world trip, so that I could pay this month’s rent.
Stallone’s dream was to become an actor.
My dream is to work as a researcher and a writer. And no one is going to crush that dream. No one is going to convince me to take a regular job. All bridges behind me are burned now – the only option I have left is to succeed.
How far are you willing to go for your dreams?
Powerful forces are still keeping me away from the girl that I love and from earning my life doing what I love.
But even though my bank account dries out, I am growing stronger and stronger every day – and it is my sincere wish that this blog will inspire you to go for your own dreams and help other dreamers on the way.
If people who have dreams start to help each other (with what they can), then each one of them would not need to go through struggles similar to Stallone’s or mine. Furthermore, the good news is that there is plenty of knowledge out there to help you achieve your dreams. But you have to take a decision first. Success is a decision away. I took that decision on February 21st, when I launched my Dream Life Challenge.
I take the opportunity of this post to share with you a very powerful technique that could be the springboard to your dreams: it is called Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/tapping) and hundreds of thousands of people are already using it to get rid of their emotional blocks: check out http://www.tapping.com/ or http://www.thetappingsolution.com/. There are many great videos about EFT on YouTube as well.
Below is also a link to a document that explains more in detail the research work that I am doing. Any contacts or ideas that can help me finance my research and writing are very welcome. Thank you.

So, remember, do not let anyone crush your dreams:
So, now I am going to get it. Period.
P.S.: Stallone was able to buy back his dog later – it even starred in the movie Rocky with him: http://www.endlesshumanpotential.com/sylvester-stallone-story.html
